Title:  Production Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily production operations to ensure achievement of safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost targets.
  • Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and process optimization initiatives.
  • Develop and execute production plans to meet customer requirements and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Planning, Materials, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure efficient manufacturing performance.
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), production efficiency, product quality, and on-time delivery.
  • Manage production resources, budgets, equipment utilization, and workforce planning.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to production teams, fostering a high-performance and accountable culture.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues, implement corrective actions, and support strategic business initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations, preferably within the electrical or electronics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and operational excellence methodologies.
  • Six Sigma certification or experience is preferred.
  • Proven experience managing production teams in a high-mix, medium-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Strong people leadership, coaching, and employee development capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across all organizational levels.
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, manufacturing applications, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to drive productivity, quality improvements, and cost optimization.
