Job Responsibilities：
1、Responsible Quality control of magnetics & wire hardness, participate failure analysis and provide solution.
2、Ensure the ongoing compliance to the production control plans including the maintaining the document(s), ensure the update and maintenance of the capability studies. Supports continuous improvement efforts and Recommend changes to processes based upon findings and perform follow up to verify effectiveness.
3、Responsible for the approval and maintenance of quality documentation on behalf of quality as part of a cross functional team for the production line such as control plans, work instructions, boundary samples, rework/inspection instructions, etc.
4、Ensures compliance to the containment, rework, and inspection processes for non-conforming product. Leads disposition of non-conforming product and ensures timely disposition.
5、Responsible for driving the problem-solving process including tool use, confirming 8D content and meeting customer and/or internal response time requirements.
6、Functionally works with the Process Quality Inspectors or source inspectors to ensure their training and qualification. Responsible for the inspection/audit process and the output of the inspections/audits.
7、Has the authority and the responsibility to stop any process or product delivery in case of a non-conformance of customer expectations, safety, or environmental risks
Qualification：
1、Be able to work independently, strong initiative, or minimum supervision.
2、Working in Luoding, Travel and work in different sites of OSP vendors is necessary.
3、Strong communication and coordination skills
4、Basic verbal and written English communication and interpersonal skills.
5、Strong analytical and technical knowledge in leading problem solving efforts;
6、Ability to multi-task and set priorities, and Skill in MS Office products (Words, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.);
7、Minimum of 5 years related experience in industry preferrable in magnetics & cables manufacturing process.
8、Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field from an accredited institution, any experience in magnetics and cables manufacturing is a plus.
