Job Responsibilities：

1、Responsible manufacturing process of magnetics & wire hardness, DFM review and provide solution/improvement.
2、Responsible for the approval and maintenance of WI or related documentation on behalf of manufacturing.
3、Ensures compliance to the containment, rework, and inspection processes for non-conforming product. Provide solution/disposition of non-conforming raw material and product. 
4、Responsible for driving the problem-solving process including tool use, and meeting customer and/or internal response time requirements.
5、Follow up any audit (or customer) findings which is related to manufacturing processes with improvement/solution fix.
6、Provide technical support and training for the team and OSP vendors.
7、Basic Testing and production equipment knowledge in magnetics and wire hardness
8、Follow up appointed task, and goals and complete on time, report the status progress/result timely.

Qualification：

1、Be able to work independently or minimum supervision.
2、Working in Luoding, Travel and work in different sites of OSP is necessary.
3、Strong communication and coordination skills, Ability to multi-task and set priorities.
4、Ability to read and interpret drawings to ensure the understanding of the agreed quality parameters and product specific requirements.
5、Basic verbal and written English communication and interpersonal skills.
6、Strong analytical and technical knowledge in leading problem solving effort;
7、Minimum of 5 years related experience in industry preferrable in magnetics & cables manufacturing process.
8、Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field from an accredited institution, any experience in magnetics and cables manufacturing is a plus.
