Title: Manager, Sales
OVERALL MISSION / PURPOSE
Reporting to Taiwan Sales Director.
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrate account management skill to meet customer expectations / requirements.
- Manage the annual revenue goals to achieve major OEM and ODM account penetration, developing ODM-direct opportunities and support Hyperscale business with Taiwan customers. Driving sales and new project to win the targets.
- Work closely with CSR & operation team to meet customer demand as well as order fulfillment.
- Escalation of business risks to direct report manager with assessment/solutions.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Identifies, qualifies, and pursues sales opportunities at existing and new accounts. Account manager must fully understand program background, forecast demand and end customer information to leverage program opportunities and maximize revenue.
2. Responsible for selling the organization’s products or services to, and maintaining relationships with, existing accounts that are of significant strategic importance to the organization and have an impact on the long-term success of the organization.
- Maintain and build up solid relationships with customers, including senior levels
- Has capability to create new business account from potential client in Taiwan
3. Able to work with multiple functional teams globally to get appropriate support to the account, which may include Marketing, Operation, Quality, Legal, Program management, Engineering, Safety, Environmental and Customer Support.
- Demonstrate leadership & cultivate motivation to the team.
- Leads regional FAE and CSR and manages specific key accounts.
4. Penetrates all levels of the assigned account; including in-person meetings.
5. Produces and updates account strategies and tactics.
6. Works closely with AE Marketing and Engineering to ensure rapid response to opportunities and effective solution to customer issues.
7. Takes total ownership to the account.
8. Comply corporate guideline and action in timely manner. Includes but not limited to: DWO weekly update, MBO, smart goals, online training, IT and HR announcement/requirements to all employees.
9. Performs other duties as requested.
JOB SPECIFICATION/ COMPETENCY REQUIRED
1. Knowledge
- A solid background in electronics/power industry, 8 – 10 years of proven sales achievement selling products into Enterprise/Hyperscale customers.
- BSEE or CBA required. MSEE or MBA will be a plus
- Fully understand NPI and program management process
2. Skills
- Native or near fluent English and Mandarin capability is preferred
- Excellent presentation skills

- Analysis and judgement skills
- Understanding of commercial contract negotiations (NDA, Supply Agreements)
