Title:  Account Manager

OVERALL, MISSION / PURPOSE

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Manager with a strong focus on demand creation to drive growth across multiple product lines. This role will work closely with distributors, application engineers, and internal stakeholders to expand market share and customer engagement in Taiwan.

 

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Demand Creation & Market Development
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic demand creation initiatives.
    • Collaborate with distributors to promote product lines and generate design-in opportunities.
    • Drive engagement with key OEMs, ODMs, and design houses to influence product selection.
  • Distributor Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
    • Provide sales enablement tools, training, and support to maximize distributor performance.
    • Monitor and analyze distributor pipeline, forecast accuracy, and sales execution.
  • Product Promotion
    • Act as a product evangelist across multiple lines, ensuring alignment with market needs.
    • Coordinate with product marketing and application engineering teams to deliver compelling value propositions.
    • Organize and participate in technical seminars, roadshows, and customer visits.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution
    • Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue and share growth targets.
    • Track and report on KPIs including design wins, revenue growth, and AE share expansion.
    • Provide timely feedback on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

 

Qualifications:

  • Engineering education background.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the testing, industrial, or semiconductor sectors. We’re looking for someone who can apply their technical knowledge with a flexible, market-driven mindset—exploring new possibilities and creating value through innovative customer engagement.
  • Proven track record in demand creation or distributor engagement.
  • Flexible Working Hours with Global Collaboration Responsibilities
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

 

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Proficiency with common customer success and customer relationship management software, such as Microsoft office kits, Salesforce and Model N.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
