Process Technician
Responsibilities:
| Generate AOI (automated optical inspection) programs and debug existing libraries to increase component inspection accuracy. |
| Program AXI (automated xray inspection) equipment. |
| Program, debug, and maintain SMT pick and place equipment. |
| Create soldering profiles for SMT reflow ovens and hot air rework equipment. |
| Program SPI (solder paste inspection) machines. |
| Make new programs for SMT screen printers. |
| Maintain a good working knowledge of IPC-610 workmanship standards |
| Discuss quality of soldering with engineering and adjusts controls according to instruction. |
| Support area leads and operators. |
| Qualifications |
| Graduate of any Technicial Vocational Courses |
| At least 2 years exposure in any related field. |
| Experience in SMT processes will be an advantage |
