Role Summary:
Oversee Factory New Product Introduction activities such that the model are developed and introduced meeting the NPI Key Result Area (KRA).
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
1 Inventory reconciliation
Accurate and on time inventory reconciliation with no aging reconciling item.
2 Weekly and monthly financial reports
Prepare cost accounting key reports such as sales, purchase price variance and bom variance report.
3 Balance Sheet account reconciliations
Accurate and on time balance sheet reconciliations with no aging reconciling item.
4 Sox Audit requirements
Accurate and on time submission of external and internal audit requirements with zero audit findings.
5 Business partnership to AE operations to achieve Finance goals.
Build business partnership with AE operations by providing timely financial analysis when needed.

Qualifications:
1.Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and must be a CPA
2.At least 2-3 years of General Accounting work experience.
3.Good written and spoken English communication skills
4.Knowledgeable in Accounting standards and principles, Oracle and MS Office
5.Must have the ability to work in a cross-cultural team, assertive, good leadership, team player, and flexible
