Job Summary
The Lead Recruiter is responsible in leading and executing end-to-end recruitment for critical business roles across multiple functions. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent, while providing strong coordination with hiring managers and ensuring excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
The role will also assist in talent pipeline development, employer branding efforts, and process improvements. While this is not yet a full leadership role, it requires a high level of ownership, initiative, and the ability to manage complex hiring requirements. This position will report to Talent Acquisition Manager.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment Execution
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including critical and essential business positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, sourcing strategy, and hiring timelines.
- Execute sourcing through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and talent communities.
- Conduct initial screening, assessments, and shortlist preparation.
- Coordinate interviews and support decision-making through timely feedback and candidate management.
Talent Sourcing & Pipelining
- Build active pipelines for recurring or hard-to-fill roles through market research and targeted sourcing.
- Maintain candidate databases and talent pools within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Conduct market mapping for niche roles as needed.
Hiring Manager Support & Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with business leaders to ensure hiring requirements and expectations are aligned.
- Provide regular updates on vacancies, candidate pipelines, and recruitment challenges.
- Facilitate calibration meetings, interview schedules, and candidate evaluations.
Candidate Experience & Process Quality
- Ensure a smooth, timely, and professional candidate journey from application to offer.
- Maintain accurate and updated recruitment records and ATS tracking.
- Support compliance with labor laws, data privacy, and internal recruitment policies.
Employer Branding & Recruitment Events
- Promote the company’s culture and EVP during candidate interactions.
- Support the development of recruitment local and external branding initiatives.
- Represents the company in job fairs, school partnerships, and community hiring events.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify bottlenecks or improvement areas in the recruitment process and recommend solutions.
- Assist in recruitment reporting, metrics tracking, and analysis.
- Support new process rollouts and TA initiatives driven by the TA Manager or HR leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- With at least 8 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or manufacturing/technology environment.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills, with familiarity in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and sense of urgency.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and basic labor regulations is an advantage.
