Job Summary

The Master Planner is responsible for driving end-to-end production planning and order fulfillment in a fast-paced electronics/semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role ensures accurate demand-supply alignment, on-time delivery, and optimal capacity utilization while maintaining strong communication with both internal stakeholders and external customers. You will manage multiple planning functions including Customer Service, MRP Planning, Production Control, and Hub Planning, ensuring that commitments are met and operational risks are proactively addressed.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end order planning and acknowledgment (within 24 hrs), ensuring alignment with capacity, materials, and lead times
  • Drive production planning and scheduling, including capacity balancing and level loading
  • Ensure accurate demand-supply alignment and maintain data integrity in ERP/MRP systems (Oracle/SAP)
  • Monitor and deliver 100% on-time delivery (OTD); proactively resolve delays and execution gaps
  • Partner with Production, IE, Supply Chain, and Logistics to address constraints and meet commitments
  • Provide timely communication and updates to customers and internal stakeholders (≤ 24 hrs response time)
  • Support achievement of revenue targets through effective planning, loading strategy, and execution tracking
  • Manage risks and costs including abnormal freight and material exposure from order changes
  • Lead issue resolution and root cause analysis to improve planning and delivery performance
  • Drive continuous improvement and compliance with safety, EHS, and operational standards

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Production Planning / Master Planning within electronics, semiconductor, or high-tech manufacturing
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (PivotTables, Dashboards, Complex formulas) and data analytics, with experience in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) to support planning, forecasting, and performance reporting
  • Proficiency in PowerBI and familiarity with Tableau is a plus.
