Title: Lead Recruiter
Objectives of this position:
- Collaborate with managers to fully understand the company's hiring requirements for each role and achieve competitive hiring targets.
- Oversee the entire recruiting process for various open positions, assisting managers in finding, hiring, and keeping top candidates.
- Build strong relationships by maintaining a database of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Work with the recruiting team and senior managers to develop, improve, and apply creative recruitment strategies.
- Stay engaged with job boards, social media, and other platforms to discover quality candidates, and create and share job postings and announcements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build connections with managers to understand their departments, hiring requirements, and job details.
- Create and share job descriptions on suitable platforms, particularly social media.
- Use various recruiting methods and implement creative strategies to discover quality candidates and seek new business opportunities.
- Review resumes and CVs, guiding candidates through the hiring process, from interview prep to final offer discussions.
- Keep a database of candidate information, including active and passive prospects, as well as records of hired and terminated employees.
Required skills and qualifications:
- At least five years of experience in recruitment or HR Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making abilities
- Expertise in productivity software, database management, and online search techniques
- Knowledge of job boards and HR-specific computer systems
- Demonstrated success in conducting interviews through different methods (phone, video, email, in-person)
- Willingness to travel as needed

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or a related area
