Title:  Engineering Program Manager

Responsibility:

  • Lead and serve as the primary single point of contact for external and internal cross-functional stakeholders to achieve project KPIs.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of all types of projects, including high-complexity and cross-reginal initiatives during each build contributing to product’s on-time delivery.
  • Manage the project schedule, cost and quality during project development process
  • Manage project risk and drive for continuous improvement
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to reach project goals
  • Prepare project related reports and present to target audience per request\
  • Customer / factory visit per project requirement
  • Support the special dedicated tasks
  • Other duties as required for program success

Requirement:

Knowledge:

  • Fluid speaking and writing in English
  • Engineering or equivalent education background
  • Minimum 10 years’ related work experience required
  • Familiar with NPI process & PMP certification is preferred
