Position Summary:
- Help maintain certification to current and future Management Systems that the organization subscribes to
- Help maintain conformity to applicable standards, regulatory and statutory requirements
- Immediate closure of Management System-related actions
Key Responsibilities
1. Management of Internal Audit programme:
- create Internal Audit plan
- facilitate training for Internal Auditors on applicable Management System Standard requirements.
- conduct Internal Audit
- release internal audit report
- issuance of CAR
- follow up of CAR.
2. CAPA Management
- issuance of CAR to the area owner for the actions to be performed to document the response
- review and analyse the given RCCA and assess appropriateness of the given actions
- follow up due CARs to verify if the actions were implemented and effective to address the root cause and prevent its recurrence
3. Report Generation for Management Review
- encoding of internal audit reports into excel database
- summarize report analysis using excel and and transfer to PowerPoint slides for presentation
- report CAR/PRS status to the management
4. 3rd Party Audit - coordination and preparation for 3rd party audits
- guide 3rd party audit
- safekeep 3rd party audit report in the designated common folder
- summarize and monitor 3rd party audit findings - coordinate with area owners on the necessary response to the audit finding
- review and analyse the given RCCA and assess appropriateness of the given actions
- monitor completion of response and closure of the audit findings
5. Customer audit/visit
- coordination and preparation for customer audit/visits
- provide Customer checklist response/inputs
- guide customer during the audit and assist in providing audit evidences
- encoding of audit findings to summarize and ease of analysis and monitoring
- safekeep customer audit report/findings in the designated common folder
- coordinate with area owners on the necessary response to the audit finding
- review and analyse the given RCCA and assess appropriateness of the given actions
- monitor completion of response and closure of the audit findings
6. Cavite EHS Coordinator
- revision of the EASI & Impact and HIRA, as necessary
- regularly review the potential aspect and its impact in the environment in the conduct of internal audit
- regularly review the potential Occupational Health and Safety hazards in internal audit
- report potential hazards observed to the EHS team/area owner
Qualifications
Education : Graduate with the degree in Engineering or Science
Minimum Work Experience Required: 2 years, factory experience is preferred
