Job Summary

The SMT Production Supervisor is responsible for managing and coordinating equipment, personnel, and processes on the production floor. This role includes overseeing scheduling and routine production activities, while serving as the first point of support for troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise. This will report to Production Manager for SMT.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of high-quality products to customers.
• Monitoring daily placement counts and meets production targets.
• Minimize machine downtime and equipment failures.
• Oversee ML, DB, and Cavite model requirements for production alignment.
• Improve operator compliance and workmanship standards.  
• Escalate technical or process issues affecting delivery timelines.
• Maintain a safe workplace and promote zero-accident awareness.
• Conduct regular HIRAC reviews and disseminate updates.
• Implement corrective actions for near misses, unsafe acts, and hazards.
• Investigate incidents and submit reports to EHS within 24 hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree graduate preferably Engineering or any related field.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in SMT production or a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of production processes and safety standards.
• Willing to work in Rosario, Cavite
