Position Summary
Will lead a team of electrical and mechanical design engineers engaged in design of Switching Power Supply
Responsibilities
- Ensure the team meets over-all design goals
- Research, develop and execute design plans
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high quality and cost effectiveness of design products
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering
- Experience in leading a group of design engineers
- At least +15 years’ experience in Switch Mode Power Supply design industry
- Knowledge on various Power Converter topologies and SMPS design is a key requirement
- Strong Organizational, Communication and Leadership skills required to deliver results
- Team player; willing to take risk and able to deliver under pressure
- Demonstrate pro-activeness, resourcefulness and high motivation
- Ability to perform electrical circuit design & analysis and FA analysis
- Solid exprerience in SMPS product development will be an advantage
