Position Summary:
As a member of Total Rewards Center of Excellence (COE), the incumbent will develop, implement, and administer compensation and benefits policies and programs for the APAC region to ensure success on attracting and retaining talent. Participates in compensation/benefit surveys, analyze company’s competitive position, maintains salary structures, performs compensation analysis for new hires and existing employees. Participates in projects to support the global team on development and administration of compensation programs including the Annual Compensation Process.
Responsibilities:
- Participates in surveys and update salary structures for APAC countries on a regular (i.e., annual) or ad-hoc basis. Create pay grade for new positions
- Benchmarks our compensation and benefits packages against industry and best practices.
- Provides data gathering, analysis, reporting and auditing, in support of all various Total Rewards projects
- Participates in compensation reviews by gathering and anlyzing data, and offering counsel to local HR teams. As requested, reviews proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, market competitiveness, and internal equity, and recommends alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problems.
- Keeps track and analyze usage and cost of various benefits and recognition programs
- Supports annual compensation planning process for merit increases, promotions and bonus payouts
- Stays abreast of legislation changes that could impact to total reward policies and programs
- Documents internal processes and procedures to support consistency, process improvement, and simplicity
- Performs data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of work produced by the team
- Other responsibilities, tasks, projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required
- CCP or GRP certification is a plus
- At least 5 years’ relevant Total Rewards experience in multi-national organization
- Strong analytical and Problem-solving skills
- Highly Organized, Attention to Detail, Results-Oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- MS office proficiency and Advanced Excel skills required
- Handle sensitive and confidential matters and situations
