Position Summary:
The Senior Manager, Talent & Organizational Development drives the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of talent, performance, and organizational development strategies that enable business growth and a high-performance culture. This role partners closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and Local HR Partners to deliver impactful programs, embed the organization’s culture and EVP, and build robust leadership pipelines. The ideal candidate brings proven experience leading global talent initiatives, leveraging data and technology to demonstrate ROI, and driving change across diverse, fast-paced environments. Success in this role requires agility, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable talent solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Partners with Business Leaders and HR to implement end-to-end strategies that drive business growth and a high-performance culture.
- Drives all aspects of annual performance and talent management, including goal setting, feedback, annual reviews, and succession planning.
- Drives initiatives that embed the organization’s Employee Value Proposition and core values into talent and OD practices, ensuring alignment with business and employee needs.
- Supports the development and deployment of OD initiatives and tools such as Employee Opinion Surveys, and coordinates all elements of reporting, action planning and tracking, and metrics.
- Partners with L&D to design, deliver, and evaluate learning programs that support talent pipelines and leadership development, including manager capability building.
- Leads change management efforts for talent and OD initiatives, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and adoption across regions.
- Establishes and evolves talent metrics and analytics to assess program effectiveness.
- Champions the effective use of digital systems and tools to streamline talent processes and reporting.
- Leads continuous improvement of talent management practices, systems, processes, and tools.
- Collaborates and maintains strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders globally.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field
- Advanced degree in Organization Development, I/O Psychology, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in talent management, L&D, or similar role.
- Demonstrated success aligning large scale global talent initiatives to drive business goals, from conceptualization through impactful execution.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment; prior experience in the technology industry a plus.
- Strong background in establishing and managing meaningful metrics to drive improvement and results.
- Experience in the delivery of international programs is preferred.
- Working knowledge of HR tools/systems (Success Factors preferred), learning delivery platforms and content providers is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to obtain, verify and evaluate general and statistical information
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate standard office equipment
- Strong attention to detail, independent initiative, and curiosity
- Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors strongly preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Implement programs which can meet both corporate criteria and global/local needs
- Advanced project management, organizational and analytics skills to manage multiple projects, processes, and initiatives simultaneously
- Experience driving change management programs throughout organization
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Flexible and effectively deals with high levels of change and ambiguity
Work Environment:
- We have an in-office first culture with flexibility
- Some global and domestic travel may be necessary
- Requires ability to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate different time zones
