Position Summary

The Sales Data Quality Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of our data. This role involves developing and implementing data quality standards, conducting data cleansing and validation activities, and working closely with various departments to promote data quality for reporting and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Develop and implement sales data quality standards and procedures.
  • Perform data cleansing, de-duplication, and validation activities.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Create and maintain training documentation for users.
  • Sales data SME supporting IT initiatives for sales data.
  • Work with data owners to resolve data quality issues.

Qualifications

• • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience in Business, Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with large data sets.
  • Experience w/ AE’s customer data and sales order data is a plus.
  • Excellent Excel skills, including the usage of pivot tables and basic formulas.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable steps.
  • Proficient organization skills a must.
