Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support the operational and administrative needs of the Engineering team. This role involves coordinating logistics, managing procurement, supporting travel and visitor arrangements, and maintaining ISO documentation, ensuring smooth and compliant office operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage van scheduling and transportation logistics for staff and visitors
- Coordinate potential staff house transportation between Cavite and Eastwood.
- Handle purchasing of engineering consumables, office supplies, EHS items, business cards, and IT devices.
- Liaise with vendors and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Facilitate visa processing and travel arrangements for engineering staff.
- Ensure compliance with travel policies and maintain accurate records.
- Organize food arrangements and hospitality for visiting staff and guests.
- Coordinate visitor passes and other access requirements.
- Maintain and update ISO 9001-related documentation in coordination with relevant teams.
- Ensure compliance with quality management standards and support audit preparation.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment.
- Support general administrative tasks and assist in special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering
- 2+ years relevant work experience
- Proven experience in office administration, logistics, or procurement.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic IT tools.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 documentation and quality systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
