Position Summary:

The LMS Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the Learning Management System (LMS) and Performance & Goals modules administration. This role will be a primary subject matter expert of SuccessFactors LMS and Performance & Goals modules.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Interface with HR Business Partners, business/ functional leaders and subject matter experts at all levels of the organization to articulate learning needs aligned with the business and functional strategy.
  • Responsible for defining the LMS (SuccessFactors Learning) catalogue structure and course content. Will work closely with the business subject matter experts to develop customized course content.
  • Evaluating and procuring developed course content from the LMS content provider(s).
  • Evaluate new course content providers as learning needs evolve and change.
  • Work with various HR team members and business subject matter experts to revise and maintain LMS courses for online delivery.
  • Provide support to managers and employees with the SuccessFactors LMS platform.
  • Assist subject matter users in converting course content from powerpoint into SCORM formatted content using Articulate design editor.
  • Complete minor course revisions and updates in course preparation. Copy/launch courses and provide course maintenance.
  • Provide documentation and tracking, conduct course audits, and collect and report data on LMS utilization.
  • Manage roles and permissions to access course data.
  • Maintain documents and data on HR Sharepoint site
  • Other HR duties as assigned.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience but with focused 2 years experience in Learning Management System or Success Factors
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to obtain, verify and evaluate general and statistical information. 
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases, SAP
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong independent initiative
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
