Position Summary:

 An Excess and Obsolete (E&O) InventoryAnalyst is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and managing excess, slow moving and obsolete inventory to minimize financial risk and write offs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide monthly inventory reports, DIO and non nettable
• Calculate, analyze and report excess and obsolete reserves
• Perform Journal Entries and Reconciliation in SAP and Oracle
• Generate inventory reports supported with IPE
• Collaborate with Factory Finance, Supply Chain, Sales and Operation Teams to improve inventory health

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Finance or Industrial Engineering with excellent understanding of General Ledger, Balance Sheet and Income Statement
• With 3-5 years experience in Manufacturing Operation with good knowledge of Supply Chain particularly inventory management.
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, formula)
• Experience with inventory management systems (Oracle and SAP)
• With strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
