Position Summary
The position will be responsible for support of PowerSteering application, used globally by AEI Engineering team. PowerSteering is the Program Management solution from Upland Software used by AEI for managing engineering projects.
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and provide / configure solutions as needed.
- Being a dedicated resource to support users resolve technical challenges
- Managing and communicating with Upland support team for product upgrades and support needs.
- Provide training to end users as needed
- Provide functional & technical designs for integration with other solutions as needed
- Evaluate the new upcoming features and capabilities of the solution.
- Rollout of the solution to new acquisitions
- Provide concise updates regarding overall status, issues, risks for various deployments/ rollouts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, information technology or equivalent
- At least 5 years related experience of Upland PowerSteering or similar PPM tool, Jira or other Program Management software experience.
- Experience in in supporting end users, knowledge of business process; documentation of business process flows, experience with translating needs into quantifiable business requirements; schedule and facilitate meetings with business or facilitate business review.
- Desire to learn new technologies and solutions
- Analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly
- Self-motivated problem solver
- Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced & multi-tasking environment
- Capable of navigating projects in cross-functional/departmental initiatives
- Able to manage client commitments and communications with strong time management skills
- Data Analytics or PowerBI experience is required.
- Basic programming experience is desired
