About the Program:

• Graduates of Electronics Engineering (ECE) or Electrical Engineering (EE) may apply

• Application process: Onsite technical exam and interviews.

• Successful applicants will be hired as an Electronic Engineer, eligible for salary and benefits while studying

• Full scholarship program for a one-year diploma course in Power Electronics at Mapua University, focused on switch-mode power supply design with digital electronics.

• The program covers classroom and laboratory training at Mapua and OJT/Practicum at AE’s Design Center in Eastwood, including a design thesis project.

• After completing the one-year diploma course, scholars shall  undergo mentoring and rotational OJT among design teams before being deployed to the design teams.
