Job Description :
Daily:
- TQC defect monitoring, tracking and reporting.

- Review and validate daily defect data from TQC inspection tracker for each platform (Excel)

- Maintain the TQC defect tracking database with accurate defect categorization and quantity records.

- Generate daily defect summaries and report for engineering and management review (Daily-check in report slide generation)
Weekly:
- OATF issue tracker management and recurrence monitoring

- Extract and consolidate newly reported OATF issues from PowerBI failure details into the master tracker
-
- Standardize issue descriptions, status updates, and closure information across responsible PICs to ensure reporting consistency.
- Valid failure analysis data consolidation and yield monitoring for VHF platform

- Extract, validate, and maintain records of confirmed failure analysis results
-
- Consolidate valid failure details for yield monitoring and quality performance assessment.

- Support engineers in preparing summarized failure data for weekly quality reviews.
- OATF yield traffic light reporting

- Compile and analyze weekly yield performance metrics.

- Prepare presentation materials for customer-facing quality reviews
-
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting to support engineer in customer communications.
- Local dashboard maintenance and quality KPI reporting

- Update OATF yield information in AEMY Control Tower dashboard

- Ensure dashboard data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with source report.
- IPQC weekly performance reporting & trend analysis

- Consolidate IPQC inspection data & key quality metric from daily audit.

- Generate weekly IPQC summary presentation, including defect trend chart, pareto analysis and key performance indicator.

- Support engineer and quality teams with data-driven insights for continuous improvement activities.
- Assembly log analysis and TQC escape prevention

- Compile and consolidate assembly log issues from platforms FA team for systemic review.

- Identify and track TQC escape cases where defects were not detected during earlier inspection stages but subsequently resulted in test failures.

- Report the escape cases to quality engineers for investigations and immediate actions.

- Maintain a tracking database of escape incidents, corrective actions, and effectiveness monitoring.
Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Good organizational and time management skills

Basic knowledge of data analytics techniques

Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with data tools is advantage

Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Ability to interpret technical data and present findings clearly.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Interest in semiconductor, manufacturing, quality, or engineering environments.
- Candidate must have own transport and willing to working at Simpang Ampat, Pulau Pinang.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Data Analytics / Data Science /Computer Science / Data Analytic/ E&E?
