Title:  Intern - Production

Are you passionate about manufacturing operations and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic production environment? Join our Production team as an intern and contribute to meaningful projects that drive shop floor excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Production Intern, you will support various operational and coordination tasks, including:

• Compiling and following up with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
• Updating daily progress reports, including aging units, MLT, RWO/NPI progress, and DMR status.
• Assisting in development plans and training arrangements for shop floor personnel.
• Supporting scrap reporting and internal audit activities.
• Contributing to shop floor improvement projects in collaboration with shift leaders and supervisors.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree.
• No working experience in the related field is required.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Penang Science Park.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous, analytical, and result-oriented.
• Internship position of 2 headcounts available.
• Preferred internship duration: minimum 4 months.
