Title:  Engineer II - Process

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Process Engineer performs engineering work in basic and applied research, development, design of new products and/or sustaining of existing products. Be qualified to work on ECR & ECO.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Follow the new product transfer status by coordinating with FC Eng team and local logistic team.
2. Responsible for line capacity planning and first pass yield improvement plan.
3. Lead the product quality team on the program of Cycle time reduction, capacity expansion.     
4. Follow daily production issue, lead the team on increasing yield, improving product quality, reducing the manufacturing cost.
5. Follow the customer quality feedback, prepare corrective action, and monitor the implementation.
6. Establish product quality team to improve product performance on RTY DPU and OOB DPPM.
7. Set up goals for the individual production line and lead the process team to achieve the goal.
8. Adhere to organizational requirements on quality management, health and safety, code of conduct, legal stipulations, environmental, 5S policies and general duty of care.
9. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to demonstrate independent judgment, responsibility, and professionalism in front of program teams.
• Ability to handle moderately complex engineering assignments.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
• Ability to exercise good judgment to resolve problems.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage many projects at one time.
• Ability to be creative.
• Engineering skills.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of three (3) years related experience.
• Familiar with ISO quality system.
• Familiar with plant operation system.
• Have good knowledge in 6Sigma, SPC, FMEA, lean manufacturing.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent education and/or experience.
