Title:  Sr. Inventory Analyst

 

  Factory inventory control, ensure MRP running correctly with all master data parameter setting under control.  Identify proper setting with SCM team to improve inventory control.  MRP system improvement plan, Factory E&O data analyst and dispose.

 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  1. Regular master data maintain
  2. Inventory report and data analyzing, to ensure factory is buying what inneed
  3. Provide weekly inventory report to team, and come up data analyst for EOH inventory level.
  4. E&O inventory analyzing, and dispose request to have E&O inventory clean up timely.
  5. Working with planning and purchasing team on excess inventory clean up plan.
  6. Cycle count report analyzing and data confirming.
  7. Training SAP PP / MM user.
  8. Consolidate training document while required
  9. Leadership is required.

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

 

  1. Works in standard office environment and uses general office equipment (telephone, PC, copier, fax machine
  2. Overtime may be necessary in times of increased production.

                                                                             

SKILLS:

 

1.Thorough understanding of SAP Material Requirements Planning (MRP), planning functions, and shop floor processes and materials.

2. Ability to effectively interpret and summarize statistical reports.

3. Excellent judgment and initiative, including the ability to effectively balance multiple priorities.

4. Excellent understanding of parts master data and buying lead time impacting on inventory..

5. Excellent with written and verbal communication skills in English language.

6. Excellent computer skills, including accurate data entry and experience with PC applications, such as Word (word-processing), Excel (spreadsheet), ad hoc queries, and/or relational databases.

 

 

 

 

 

EXPERIENCE:

Essential:

 

Minimum of 3~5 years of material management or PMC experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment

 

Desirable:

 

Proven track record of success and growth in positions of increasing responsibility

 

 

EDUCATION:

Essential:

 

Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management, Finance, Materials Management, Computer Information Sciences, or Engineering, or equivalent education and/or experience.
