Title:  Sr. Facilities Engineer

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Facilities Engineer is responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and continuous operation of the organization’s facilities, critical systems, and utilities. This role leads improvement, maintenance, and infrastructure optimization projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, safety standards, and business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of infrastructure, equipment, and systems.
  • Ensure availability and reliability of critical systems (power, HVAC, water, UPS, generators).
  • Manage service contracts and external vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Lead facility improvement and expansion projects (CapEx).
  • Implement energy efficiency and water-saving initiatives.
  • Promote safety practices and EHS compliance.
  • Define and monitor departmental KPIs.
  • Provide technical leadership to the maintenance team.

EXPERIENCE:

 

  • 5–10 years of experience in facilities or maintenance roles.

EDUCATION:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or related field).
