Title: Sr. Electrical Design Engineer
Position Summary:
Performs engineering work in applied research, design, development, testing, manufacturing process and documentation of products or systems.
Works with product marketing engineers to understand customer requirements in terms of power electronics and to ensure that the product(s) work in their application(s).
Uses research techniques to analyze and validate electronic/electrical design improvements, reading schematics and or theory of power concepts.
Provides direction and leadership to engineers and engineering technicians related to programs or specific work related to satisfy custormer products requirements required in faster way.
Interacts with senior level profesionals both internal and external to AE.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the design and analysis of electrical/electronics power PSU and related products, including their subsystems/circuits to specification, cost, budget, schedule, and quality goals.
- Responsible to diagnose product performance issues of diverse scope with design, field performance, reliability and test yields, and recommend/implement corrective actions to address.
- Assumes responsibility for the success of the product/system in the customers' applications and recommend/implement corrective actions as needed.

DFMA for pre-production transference,
NPI Risk assessment acknowledge
- Electronic acknowledge: Ability to demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining electrical/electronic solutions.
Work Environment:
- Standard office environment utilizing standard office equipment, metrology equipment, testing bench and environmental chambers in a low noisy fast-paced lab 90% of the time,
- Must be able to travel 20 % of the time. Travel involves international and domestic travel to remote sites, customers and vendors.

Experience required:
Five to Eight years of Electrical / Electronic engineering experience with focus on product performance understanding.
Highly skilled on electrical schematics and circuit analysis.
Education:
Bachelor degree in Electrical / Electronic/ Mechatronic Engineering/Science or similar.
MD on Electrical Science related ( preferred)
