Title: Senior Electronic Engineer
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide functional and technical guidance in the initiation, design, development, and optimization of the product.
- Provide guidance and direction on department design guides, standards, systems, applicable engineering codes and company policies.
- Be a technical expert in product / technology areas, maintaining an awareness of industry trends.
- Work and oversee the BU Sustaining Engineering team to support its products in terms of development, evolution, and changes proposed to assure product performance.
- Follow Capital Appropriation guidelines to stay in control of project finances and asset accounting.

EXPERIENCE:
Essential:
- 7+ years’ experience in electronics industry.
- 7+ years’ experience as electronic engineer.
- 7+ years’ experience as engineering team leader.
- Experience as a Electronic Failure analyst demosntrable
- Knowledge on electronic metrology equipment
- Program management experience demonstrable
Desirable:
- Electronic Reliability analysis experience
EDUCATION:
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree (Electronic engineering).
6 sigma Black Belt certification
Desirable:
- Master in Electrical/Electronic degree desirable
- Lean manufacturing certification.
