Title:  Production Scheduler

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Assist in executing daily and weekly production schedules based on planning input.
  • Monitor timely delivery of materials and components to production lines.
  • Issue and maintain shop floor documentation and work orders.
  • Communicate with internal teams to resolve scheduling issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of production data against WO
  • Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing basic reports.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to production control and material flow.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Ability to present ideas in a clear and persuasive manner, both orally and in writing.
  • Capability to respond quickly, decisively, assertively, and professionally to changing requirements in demand, product description, and material demand.
  • Excellent judgment and initiative, including the ability to effectively balance multiple priorities
  • Minimum of three to five years of production planning or material management experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment, ideally PCBA /SMT experience
  • Experience in a high mix/low volume, pull-based manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of success and growth in positions of increasing responsibility.
  • Previous experience with SAP.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management, Finance, Materials Management, Computer Information Sciences, or Engineering, or equivalent education and/or experience.
