Title:  Finance Manager

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization by managing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and analysis. This role ensures compliance with financial regulations, supports strategic decision-making, and drives operational efficiency through sound financial management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
  • Support senior management with financial insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Supervise and mentor finance team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CPA/CMA preferred).
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in financial management or accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS, GAAP).
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in [industry-specific experience, e.g., manufacturing, services, retail].
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cost control and process improvement initiatives.
