POSITION SUMMARY

  • Needs to ensure and maintain all laboratory and Production Test devices accurate, traceable, and reliable measurmente performance. This role covers routine testing, precision calibration, troubleshooting, technical documentation, customer audit requirement.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for maintaining the test equipment/fixture, supporting the product transfer and other projects assigned.
  • Prepares test plan, test procedure, test fixture drawing and other test documentation.
  • Design and build the test fixture/test system to support the production testing.
  • Develop automated or semi-automated tests to improve the efficiency and quality of the production line.
  • Develop the SPC and GR&R plan, provide the SPC and GR&R analysis reporting.
  • Duplicate the test fixture to support the product transfer and meet the capacity plan ramp.
  • Conduct TPM on test equipment and fixture, provide corrective action to increase the reliability of the test system.
  • Training the test technician according to test procedure and test software.
  • Develop the LabVIEW software for the test station.
  • Responsible for test equipment and fixture calibration and preventive maintenance.
  • Perform TFMEA, qualify the test system, release the test software and test documentation.
  • Adhere to organizational requirements on quality management, health and safety, code of conduct, legal stipulations, environmental, 5S policies and general duty of care.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all information related to the production processes and components, business and other technology including materials.
  • Need to understand Test Spec and Test Plan of the product model in the system power and other product that build in AETH 
  • Need to prepare Burn In Test Program and Engineering Notice base on Burn In profile
  • Need to work with vender to build the jigs base on the Burn In product specifciations
  • Need to understand the setting of the recycle chamber
  • Need to troubleshoot Burn In issues, like recylecle chamber, Burn In Program, Burn In Fixture
  • Cooperate with teams, like Production, Quality, to support daily production out put (UPD)
  • Other assignment from superior.
  • Need to prepare/understand Test Plan 
  • Need to prepare/understand Test Program
  • Need to debug Test Program with Test Fixture
  • Need to supporting Testing Line
  • Need to troubleshoot Testing issues, like HiPot, ATE, Test Program, Test Fixture...
  • Cooperate with teams, like Production, Quality, to support daily shipment
  • Perform regular calibration of test devices, including multimeter, power supply, scope…
  • Execute scheduled calibration plans for all laboratory and Production Test devices.
  • Conduct on-site calibration, off-site instrument verification, and post-mainenance performance validation.
  • Analyze abnormal test data, identify deviation causes, perform re-test and re-calibration, and issue corrective actions.
  • Overall manamgment Production Test devices, including purchasing, repairing
  • Need to develop and maintain all kind of Test Platform, like ICT, BI, HiPot & Functional
  • Need to develop and improve Test Routines in Test Platform for new Testing requirement
  • Need to develop and improve Test Drivers in Test Platform for new Testing equipment, device
  • Need to create new application and GUI based on new requirement
  • Cooperate with teams, like ICT, BI, Hipot & Functional TE and Production, Quality

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in electronic technology or or telecommunication related major.
  • More than 3 years experience on Testing
  • Familiar with switching power supply related knowledge, like PSU, PDU, BBU, Shelf, Telecom, Medica, BMP
  • Familiar with Test Equipment, like HiPot Tester, E-Load, AC Source, PWM
  • Familiar with electronic measurement principles, precision calibration methods.
  • Proficient in using common electrical test equipment.
  • Good Communication and teamwork ability.
  • Good Written English and Well-Spoken English
  • Have SAP experience.
