TEGAM is an Advanced Energy Company, based in Geneva Ohio, is a leading provider of metrology and calibration instrumentation used in semiconductor and advanced industrial markets.


Position Summary

TEGAM  is looking for a Work Cell Coordinator/Production Supervisor to lead a team of approximately 8-10 team members in the manufacture, test, repair, and service of electronic test and measurement products. The primary products consist of high and low power RF calibration systems and precision AC inductive voltage dividers. This person will possess great leadership skills, knowledge of manufacturing processes and principles, have familiarity with quality management, and understand basic electronic components and circuits. This is a first shift position in our Geneva, Ohio facility and a great opportunity to work in a leadership role.



  • Set a positive example for team in regard to work habits s& ethics.
  • Lead, motivate, encourage team to successfully achieve objectives, to work cohesively as a team, to maintain a positive moral, & to be productive.
  • Schedule Cell activities including WIP, RMA’s, projects, labor, equipment capacities, & equipment calibrations.
  • Write and give performance reviews for Teammates in the department.
  • Understand & manage inventory going through the dept including: work order/flow line closes, WIP, RMA, component, & misc transactions.
  • Achieve goals including: On-time shipments, direct labor % of sales, mfg & service lead times, first pass yields, etc.
  • Write & maintain assembly & test procedures within the department.
  • Gain qualifications to assemble, test, calibrate, & repair products to enable assisting/guiding Technicians, Testers & Assemblers in their job duties.
  • Set up & maintain flow lines.
  • Assist with quality activities including: update/maintain training records, internal auditing, uncertainty budgets, review of quality documentation, ensuring quality policies & procedures are followed within the dept, first pass yield review & resolution.
  • Resolve complex & technical challenges with products & processes that arise in the department.
  • Assist customers to resolve technical issues & help answer application questions for products. Occasionally fill in for Application Engineers in their absence.
  • Assist in the review & approval of Engineering Change Orders & implement those changes within the department.



  • 2 Years of formal education in an engineering or technology program, preferably electronics. Formal education in a business program may be substituted when coupled with experience in a technical field.
  • 2 years experience in operations within a manufacturing organization is desired.
  • Intermediate-level computer skills. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills (technical & non-technical).
  • Demonstrated skills in communication & team leadership
