Position Summary:
The HR Operations Coordinator III provides support for HR programs, processes, and systems across multiple sites. This role ensures compliance with corporate policies and employment regulations, manages HR transactions, and serves as a key resource for employees and managers. The Coordinator partners with HR Operations and site HR teams to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance the employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Invoice Processing and Coordination

- Process invoices and maintain records of HR and Benefits expenditures for budget tracking.
- Coordinate with business owners regarding invoice processing requirements and purchase order creation.
- Work with the Finance and the Supply Chain teams to ensure timely payment and proper allocation of expenses.
- Flag discrepancies and coordinate with vendors to resolve issues.
- HR Operations & Compliance:

- Manage and process employee lifecycle transactions (onboarding, transfers, promotions, terminations) in HRIS with high accuracy.

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.

- Support regular review and updates of SharePoint sites and handbooks
- Employee and Global Mobility Support:

- Serve as a point of contact for HR inquiries regarding global employee mobility activities including relocation and assignments, benefits, policies, and procedures.
- Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and implement best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Employee Engagement and Communication

- Support employee engagement initiative and recognition programs.
- Draft HR communications for policy updates, reminders and newsletters
- Support global initiatives on HR employee programs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Preferred: HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) or equivalent. 2-5 years in HR operations or coordinator roles.Knowledge of HR processes, employment law, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Employee Central) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in a manufacturing or technology environment preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work across all levels of the organization.
