Title:  Marketing Presentations Specialist

As a Presentation Specialist at Advanced Energy, you’ll create powerful presentations that make an impact. Whether it’s for our sales team, a member of the company leadership team or for an internal audience, our Presentation Specialist will be creative, understand our company brand, goals and values, and effectively communicate our message to internal and external audiences through exceptional presentation materials.



  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create first class, visually stimulating corporate, sales and marketing presentations
  • Transform complex, copy-heavy slides into digestible pieces of on-message text and visual content
  • Retouch, color correct graphics/photography as needed
  • Create images, charts, icons, infographics and data visualizations to effectively communicate key messages
  • Optimize presentations and assets for sharing and re-purpose for other materials where appropriate (digital campaigns, sales collateral, brochures, advertising, etc.)
  • Perform project management tasks that support appropriate workflows including managing, organizing, and archiving projects and presentations.
  • Create and maintain presentation brand guidelines
  • Deliver projects on brand and on time



  • Minimum of 3 years of professional PowerPoint presentation design experience
  • Strong storytelling and graphic design skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Good business communicator with a creative visual eye 
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented
  • Proven ability to work on multiple projects to deadline
  • Ability to perform to quick turnaround times if needed
  • Ability to consistently uphold brand and style guidelines and communicate and potentially teach these standards to others internally
  • Current on the latest PowerPoint trends and designs
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Premier Pro/Final Cut Pro preferred
  • Experience working in a highly technical industry



  • A B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience


COMPENSATION: $65,000 - $85,000
