POSITION SUMMARY
- The Senior Inventory Analyst is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy (%), control the progress of remaining count for the whole fiscal year and supporting supply chain efficiency across operations. This role involves advanced analysis of inventory count performance, and driving process improvements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with other cross-functional teams (Warehouse, Finance,Operations) on conducting the cycle count activities and compliance related;
- Monitor and analyze inventory Accuracy, develop and maintainaccuracy of inventory data in ERP systems
- Troubleshoot system-related issues affecting inventory tracking
- Identify inefficiencies in inventory processes and implement improvements
- Support system implementations or upgrades and continuous improvement projects
- Giving the necessary support to New Gen ERP testing and response to new requriemnts
- Working with upper level managers on system improvement.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management, Finance, Materials Management, Computer Information Sciences, or Engineering, or equivalent education and/or experience.
- Thorough understanding of SAP or Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
- Ability to effectively interpret and summarize statistical reports.
- Excellent judgment and initiative, including the ability to effectively balance multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills, including accurate data entry and experience with PC applications, such as Word (word-processing), Excel (spreadsheet), and/or relational databases. SAP a plus.
- Minimum of 3~5 years of MRP skills, and inventory data analyzing.
- Experience in large-scale or multi-site operations preferred
- Proven track record of success and growth in positions of increasing responsibility.
