POSITION SUMMARY
The recruiter, based at the Laem Chabang, Chonburi facility, is responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment processes to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization. This role partners business leaders to understand workforce needs, develops sourcing strategies, and ensures positive candidate experience. The Specialist focuses on operational excellence in recruitment delivery, balancing organizational goals with candidate expectations while maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation focus on DL group.
Partner with hiring manager, and coordinate with agency for DL hiring (if) - Conduct candidate assessments and provide recommendations to ensure quality hires.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Talent Sourcing & Employer Branding
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive networking, social media, and recruitment platforms. (focus on DL)
- Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s presence in the talent market. (focus on DL)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, CIPD, or equivalent are advantageous. - Training in recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or employer branding is a plus.
- 3 years and above of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate or technical environment.
- Experience recruiting for DL
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, ATS platforms, and recruitment tools.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work across departments and levels.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
